I spent 4 days in Delhi, combined work and visiting friends, and stayed at the Jaypee for the duration. I can't recommend it highly enough. The service received from the moment of arrival until checkout exceeded all expectations. A very kind member of staff named Shushant was particularly of note and went above and beyond for me and my travel companions. I'm not such a big breakfast person, but the spread was plentiful and the coffee decent. I didn't eat in the other restaurants on site but did order cocktails at the Tapas which were delicious. The gym and spa was fully equipped and great for workouts at all hours. The intense heat deterred me from venturing to the outdoor pool area, which is small but clean and aesthetically pleasing. I was given one of the newly renovated rooms which was gorgeous, incredible comfortable and perfectly fit my work needs. The hotel was also incredibly helpful in booking taxis and arranging our transportation. It should also be noted that right behind the hotel is a lovely shopping complex which includes a mix of basic and up-scale bars and restaurants. In short, my stay was perfect and I highly recommend the Jaypee to all travellers to Delhi.

First attraction is panchmukhi Ganpati In the lobby which I like the most auspicious and encouraging one.on seeing Ganesh Ji our Visit become successful.Hospitlity is good .Serving of food restaurant is good.I visited Spa they provide me best service.Specially thanks to Sushant who explained me every thing in the hotel.

We stayed at this hotel for a night - while transiting through Delhi. I noticed that the internal decor had been changed, and the room where we stayed looked very modern and nicely done up. Very impressed with the decor and upkeep. The front desk was very efficient - both for the check in and check out processes as both were handled very quickly. We had a late evening check in as well as an early morning check - so did not use the restaurant. Love to come back and stay here again.

We had a very comfortable stay at the hotel. The ambiance of the hotel is very warm and welcoming and the food at Cafe Resto is extremely delicious. In addition, the staff is extremely polite, helpful and cordial especially the concierge Hemchand.
